About the Team:
IT Center Hungary - 300 professionals based in Eger & Budapest and also working remotely from Hungary, developing and supporting the global IT infrastructure, applications and processes of ZF Group on a global scale. We are working with a wide range of technologies and platforms including SAP, the Microsoft Power Stack and cloud computing services just to name a few.
What you can look forward to as IT Delivery&Support Regional Manager:
- Lead and manage a regional IT team, ensuring a cohesive and supportive working environment.
- Oversee the operation, administration, and support of onsite IT infrastructure across office and plant areas, including servers, storage, local networks, and phone systems.
- Uphold IT Security at both regional and site levels, implementing robust strategies to safeguard company data.
- Handle the management of a wide array of workplace and department devices, such as desktops, laptops, workstations, tablets, mobile devices, printers, and media technology.
- Drive digitalization efforts for plant floor operations, supporting initiatives in Digital Manufacturing Platforms (DMP), automation, and infrastructure.
- Understand business requirements through close collaboration with business units, providing flexible and innovative IT solutions.
- Partner with IT workstreams to advocate for and implement requirements for automation, self-service, and digitalization.
- Provide delivery and support for Corporate/Regional/Country Infrastructure Services at all ZF locations within the region.
- Execute global changes, rollouts, and initiatives, while maintaining adherence to technology standards and global processes.
- Promote efficient global IT delivery and support processes by enhancing the user-centric approach of the Service Desk and Field Services.
- Manage and evaluate external suppliers based on regional and country-specific requirements, maintaining strategic provider relationships.
- Implement, offer, and oversee the technical services for Delivery and Support, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Your profile as IT Delivery&Support Regional Manager:
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required. A master's degree is preferred.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in IT management, with a minimum of 3 years in a regional or global leadership role.
- Proven leadership experience in managing IT teams across multiple countries.
- Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, security, and device management.
- Experience with digital transformation projects, particularly in manufacturing or related industrial sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with business units to translate requirements into effective IT solutions.
- Excellent project management skills, with a history of successful global IT initiative rollouts.
- Capable of managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts to meet strategic objectives.
- Outstanding communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
