EMEA Indigo XR Senior Content Developer Lead

Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for contributing to the portfolio management process, from assessment to innovation, in learning solutions. The role leads multiple project teams to achieve financial and operational goals. The role applies advanced subject matter knowledge to design relevant training solutions, while ensuring that development priorities align with organizational needs. The role manages budget forecasts, and performs cost benefit and business impact analyses of alternative learning solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Contributes to and may lead the portfolio management process, which includes needs assessment, solution selection, design, development, implementation, reporting, and continuous improvement and innovation of learning solutions.
  • Designs relevant training solutions to address business needs from new hire, updates to product or process and ongoing professional development.
  • Aligns development priorities with the needs of the organization's corporate and/or business functions.
  • Manages and monitors monthly and quarterly forecasts against assigned budgets.
  • Performs cost-benefit and business impact analyses of alternative learning solutions.
  • Designs, plans, and ensures overall integrity/quality of global and regional curricula roadmaps.
  • Maintains a balance of innovation and experimentation with sound learning theory and instructional design principles.
  • Provides leadership to multiple project teams as appropriate.
  • Identifies improvement opportunities, and leads the implementation of selected improvements from the roadmap.
  • Achieves financial goals, operational goals, and assigned metrics.

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in training development, project management, or a related field.
