A Snapshot of Your Days

Lead Full Stack Developer - .Net will be responsible leading a team of full stack developers for developing and improving application software by designing technical architecture, implementing software tests and debugging code, creating a database design schema, writing technical and functional documentation, analyzing customer needs, selecting and advocating for appropriate technical solutions, and keeping up with technological changes.

  • Lead a team of internal/external developers and quality engineers.
  • Design and maintain the architecture of project.
  • Adhere and enforce to development best practices and project quality standards.
  • Work with Scrum master in sprint planning and estimation.
  • Appropriate work allocation in team and bandwidth utilization.
  • Program/write codes, perform the unit test as per the functional requirements.
  • Perform a peer code review and identify the gaps in terms of design and implementation.
  • Support business improvement projects following agile principles, e.g., KANBAN, SCRUM.
  • Provide ‘User Support’ for applications deployed in the production environment.
  • Write down SQL query to meet the business requirement.
  • Work in a flexible, cross-functional, team-based, development environment.

What You Bring / Skills, Capabilities

  • You should be an experienced (8+ years) IT professional with your graduation in Engineering or other equivalent qualification (MCA).
  • Experience of leading a team of full stack developers.
  • Must have strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Candidate should be capable of working independently or within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders from round the globe.

Working knowledge on the following topics is a must:

  • Expertise in C#, .Net core and ASP .Net, Entity Framework, and Web API.
  • Expertise in at least one of these JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS/ReactJS/ExtJS /Node JS) and jQuery.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS, XML, OOA and OOD Concepts.
  • Good knowledge of Design Patterns.
  • Fundamental knowledge in Amazon Web Services (AWS) including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, Elasticsearch (OpenSearch) and related services.
  • Knowledge on Redis.
  • Knowledge of code versioning tools (GIT).
  • Working experience in CI/CD pipeline.
  • Strong working experience with Oracle and hands on experience on writing PL/SQL queries.
  • Familiarity of PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Knowledge of high-quality professional software engineering practices for agile software development cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and deployment.
  • Being able to understand and relate technology integration scenarios and be able to apply these learnings in complex troubleshooting scenarios.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

Good to have skills:

  • Experience with containerization using Docker.
  • Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, SumoLogic etc.
