Mission of the role:
Lead the management and development of Key Customers in KA Omni channel to support BU/BG strategy and target.
For EC: Manage and guide TP’s operation strategy, plans and execution of flagship store For offline&O2O: Collaborate with field sales team to build sustainable & profitable business growth and achieve undisputed leadership position. For Club: Professional in Design for Channel
R&R:
Develop Annual Key Customer strategy and business plans in line with CD OMINI Strategy
Lead the regular business review and plan, including the Top-To-Top Joint Business Planning (JBP) sessions with customer
Propose and lead the negotiation on annual trading terms and JBP with the most effective and efficient returns
Manage, control and improve Key Customers’ KPI
Develop the business profile for each stakeholder for database business decision.
Collaborate with field team to do the contract negotiation and determine business model ;
Identify, share and feedback the Best Practices in Key Customer Management observe from competitors and other categories in the market
Analysis of sales, site performance, CRM campaigns and marketing programs.
Ongoing analysis of key business metrics including classification and key item sales, site traffic, conversion analysis, email database growth and behavior, marketing programs.
Strong leadership to develop team member’s capability
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG Key Account Management, OMNI Channel experience is preferred;
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth;
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, be fluent in English;
Bachelor degree above.
