Product Management Intern - VW 002436 - Hybrid

  • NAR-G2/4 is responsible for program and product management for NAR Mid-/Fullsize & electric vehicles, e.g. Atlas and Cross Sport, ID.4
  • Support daily project and life cycle management activities and help ensure that all commitments are met for all milestones in a vehicle project.
  • Gain an in-depth knowledge regarding the concept-to-dealer process of a vehicle.
  • Gain first-hand project management experience in a complex, fast-paced work environment.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support in project work for Atlas/Cross Sport and/or ID.4 to bring new features and next generation vehicles to market.
  • Lead occasional special projects to support technical change and issue resolution processes for specific components and features of the Atlas/Cross Sport and/or ID.4
  • Assist in preparing decision papers and presentations for top-management and support aligning the feedback of involved stakeholders
  • Assist in preparation, consolidation and following up on assigned tasks with stakeholders for weekly product/life cycle team meetings.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Must be enrolled at a University/College or Graduation date must be within the last six months
  • Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Business, or international equivalent
  • Proficient in MS office (Especially in Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Shows interest in and demonstrates knowledge of cars and the automotive industry
  • Possesses a quick comprehension of complex content and has a high level of operational readiness
  • Has strong communication skills and is detail oriented
  • Able to work on a team and independently on specific assigned tasks
  • Fluent in English; German and Spanish knowledge are preferable
  • Experience in an international environment is desirable
