Key Purpose of the Job:
To manage and drive the growth SEA distribution partners & APAC Travel Retail to achieve company objective and goal
Key Area of Responsibility:
SEA Distributors
- Define brand and distribution strategies
- Organize sales and business review meeting 2 times a year, guide the partners on business development and buying strategy
- Work with product, marketing and e-commerce team to lead the partners to drive growth
- Partner with Customer Service team to monitor sales order, shipment schedule and billing.
- Monitor sell-in, sell-thru and inventory health
- Manage customers credit risks and responsible for AR
- Work with legal team for distributor agreement
- Explore potential partners to evaluate option with existing distributors and expand into new markets
APAC Travel Retail
- Define travel retail brand strategy
- Organize sales and business review meeting 2 times a year. Provide guidelines to partners on buying strategy
- Work with TR partners for campaign, promotion and expansion project, evaluate each opportunity to maximize profitability and ROI
- Partner with Customer Service team to monitor sales order, shipment schedule and billing.
- Monitor sell-in, sell-thru and inventory health
- Manage customers credit risks and responsible for AR
- Explore and negotiate with new partners to expand TR footprint
- Coach and develop Travel Retail executive
Minimum Relevant Experience: 10 year(s)
Minimum Supervisory Experience:8 year(s)

1: English Fluency: Quite Fluent/Local Level
Required Oral Language:
1: English Fluency: Quite Fluent/Local Level
Asian language is plus

Education: Degree holder in Business or related discipline
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of solid experience in retail & wholesales
Others:
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English; Mandarin will be an advantage
- Strong organization, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Self-motivated, detailed minded, result-oriented, entrepreneurial. passionate & determined to improve and learn
- Good team player, strong commitment, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
