Talent Acquisition Coordinator

This role reports to the Manager - Talent Acquisition

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Talent Acquisition Coordinator who is ready to hustle and dedicated to providing an exceptional experience to candidates and interviewing panelists. This role will involve coordinating interviews, partnering with recruiters and hiring teams , , and maintaining accurate candidate data within our applicant tracking system (ATS) and Excel Tracker. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for collaborating with team members to drive successful recruitment outcomes.

Responsibilities

Interview Coordination:

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate all logistics, including room bookings, video conferencing, and travel arrangements when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates to ensure they have all the necessary information and provide a positive interview experience.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to manage interview schedules and ensure alignment on candidate evaluation criteria.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS, including tracking candidate movement between recruitment stages and updating candidate status as needed.
  • Generate reports and metrics to track recruitment activities, including candidate pipeline, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with data privacy regulations by regularly auditing candidate records and maintaining confidentiality.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other team members to support recruitment initiatives and achieve hiring goals.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide status updates, share feedback, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring teams, facilitating timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience of 1 year as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Proficiency in advance excel
