Responsibilities:

  • Further develop “Go-To-Market” strategy in responsible area to continuously grow the business and execute on this strategy.

  • Manage Account Management (focused on customer maintenance and management, farming) and Business Development (focused on business expansion, hunting).

  • Direct and generally supervise the day-to day activities of LS business, including the development, marketing and sales of its products and reagents with the objective of maximizing revenue growth.

  • Good insight into local market conditions, competitive activities, general economic conditions, governmental statutes and regulations.

  • Review and direct the development of market opportunities for existing products in responsible area as well as drive new product portfolio and market expansion initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain close relationship with Key Accounts/KOL and healthcare industry related departments/associates in responsible area for long-term business growth.

  • Manage Business Partner in responsible area and manage the instrument inventory well

  • Cooperate with cross functional departments, to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 

  • 10-years working experience in Healthcare/IVD and 8-years management experience within sales function.

10年以上医疗/体外诊断工作经验, 8年以上的销售管理经验

  • Rich knowledge of sales cycle, opportunity management and negotiation tactics.

对于销售周期、销售机会管理和谈判策略等方面具备丰富知识

  • Excellent understanding of sales workflow, sales chain and marketing sensitivity to analytics.

  • Fully understanding of government policy of medical device industry

熟悉和理解医疗行业的政策法规

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill in Chinese as well as good command of English.

  • Business result-oriented, intercultural sensitivity, logical-thinking.

  • Positive attitude, be able to work under high pressure.
