In the position, you get to work in close cooperation with the customer and DHL Supply Chain operations. Tasks consist of process development in the spirit of Lean, data analytics to justify solutions, technology mapping and implementation, and various projects. Continuous development is part of DHL's operations, and we expect you to be able to actively contribute ideas regarding, process developments, reporting and work methods.

Your main tasks include:

• participate in and promote various development projects in designated clients and locations
• maintain good interaction with customers and key personnel of the operations
• identify and implement improvements in warehouse processes
• analyze and process data to support decision-making
• promote technical innovations in logistics

We expect from you:

• + 3 years experience of similar positions
• Ability to work with customers and internal stakeholders
• Analytical approach, problem-solving ability, and basic knowledge on Lean tools
• Possibility to travel flexibly within Finland
• Good communication and social skills
• Suitable education, such as, bachelor's or master's degree (e.g. industrial engineering or logistics)
• Fluent in Finnish and English
• Understanding of the warehousing operations and production environments is considered an advantage
• Knowledge of Power Platform tools (Power BI, Apps, Automate) and database knowledge is an advantage
