We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a passion for Human Resources and a proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships. You will play a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships and fostering the growth of our existing client portfolio for our HR Outsourcing practice (HRO). 

Within HRO we assist our clients in a spectrum of HR solutions, including business partnering, recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, talent management, HR project assistance and more, on a temporary basis to supplying fully outsourced HR departments on long-term contracts. We flexibly anticipate the needs of our clients which include both larger and smaller companies, as well as public and non-for-profit organizations. 

Your responsibilities are:

• You look for new temporary HR business opportunities and develop our existing client portfolio
• You spot interesting HR opportunities for our HR Consultants, matching the ambitions of our consultants with the needs of our customers
• You like to stay informed about the current HR market trends to stay equipped to recognize emerging opportunities and to contribute to our strategic positioning in the industry
• You take initiatives to stay top of mind of our clients, such as being present at network events & seminaries
• You built up our freelancers network and you are part of this community by staying in touch with them and keeping them up to date about Deloitte
• You play a pivotal role in shaping our future by collaborating with the leadership and business development team to develop and execute innovative strategies

• You have a proven track record in a business development role in Human Resources
• You are a real team player who gets energy from interacting both with colleagues and clients
• Getting in contact and calling with different people doesn’t scare you, but gives you energy!
• You are not afraid to switch from one task to another
• You have a hands-on and a can-do attitude
• You are fluent in English and Dutch, fluency in French is an asset
• You are result-driven; ‘ain’t no mountain high enough’ is your motto
• You possess both good hunting and farming skills
