About the Role

  • Is the client's daily contact, ensures all functions relating to the day-to-day management of packaging projects.
  • Coordinates the various stakeholders in the design chain.
  • Makes every effort to ensure that customer requests are fulfilled, while respecting the internal organization of the agency and the objectives set, particularly profitability.
  • Is in charge of the administrative management of budgets under the control of his/her superior.
  • Ensures the regular transmission of information to his/her superior.

What You'll Do

  • Assistance in producing creative briefs (audit, benchmark) under the control of his/her superior.
  • Produces quotes for the projects for which he/she is responsible, and has them validated by superior before sending.
  • Prepares methodology and budget frameworks for global and regional/local projects.
  • Prepares and validates the project retro-planning, he/she guarantees compliance with these deadlines.
  • Organizes itself to be available to its customers on a daily basis, by ensuring regular meetings (in person and/or videocalls). (The email is used to confirm and take note).
  • Manages external purchases (negotiation of suppliers, issuance of purchase orders, validation of supplier invoices)
  • Saves all files and sorting in Server according to format.
  • Prepares invoicing, and submits it to his/her manager.
  • Ensures the proper transmission of information between the different stakeholders; produces written reports of customer meetings, in-person and videocall meetings, internal meetings if necessary.
  • Initiates and prepares the meetings necessary for the smooth running of the project:
  • customer meetings: confirms appointments, reserves rooms and cars, controls and ensures the quality of presentation materials.
  • art purchasing meetings: organizes and attends meetings with the Designer in charge of the project and prepares the reports.
  • technical meetings: organizes and assists with production team and related stakeholders: production studio, photographer, printer and transmits the report/minutes to the production team

b. Shooting

  • Negotiates and validates the choice, availability, price of the photographer and stylist with the Designer responsible for the project.
  • Assists with photoshoots and manages logistics.
  • Assists with briefs from photographers, stylists and illustrators to ensure proper transmission and understanding of the brief.

c. Production

  • Prepares the execution brief and monitors the production of technical documents in collaboration with a production project manager.
