PROJECT MANAGER APPLICATION ENGINEER
The Opportunity
We are seeking a professional, skilled Project Manager Application Engineer to work at our TMI - St. Louis, MO location. The Project Manager Application Engineer is responsible for technical planning and overseeing LTK Turnkey VRV and Service Quoted VRV projects spanning new construction, Retrofit VRV projects, New VRV installation walkthroughs, Startups and Commissioning from the initial ideation through to completion, to include contractor support. Manage resources, schedules and adhere to project management guidelines and principles throughout the initiatives. This also includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery. You’ll be working closely with TMI Operations and Fulfillment Managers as to the work portfolio and financial status of jobs from when the job is booked throughout the implementation and closure of the work. The Project Manager has the authority to run the project on a day-to-day basis. Verify that the project produces the required deliverables of business objectives, within the specified constraints of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case.
