JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Shipment coordination for specific accounts
  • Execute and control the implementation of activities in line with the validated SOP. Maintain and update SOPs, contact matrix and transport mapping
  • Work closely with the KAM and customers on common / recurrent service issues and provide improvements / solutions
  • Flexibility of ideas to transfer risk management into alternative solutions to ensure any service disruption could be recovered smoothly
  • Analyse monthly data and transpose to reports, KPI
  • Support on quotations, tender management
  • Contact customers following sales calls to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints

Job Requirements

  • Prefer at least 3-4 years of experience handling import/export trafficking functions with a freight forwarder/broker.
  • Prefer three (3) to four (4) years of experience in customer service duties. 
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. 
  • Good communication and organization skills and a strong attention to detail are required. 
  • The ability to work on a team and leadership experience is strongly desired. 
  • Candidate should have the ability to learn various computer programs.
