What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for defining the business requirements for MI and Regulatory Reporting
  • Play as front-end interactions with the Bank in respect of all MI and Regulatory Reporting
  • Should take care of lead adhoc reports / regular MI and Regulatory reporting deliveries.
  • Would study the data captured in source systems for various banking processes and activities.
  • Would define the data requirements from various source systems for all standard MI and regulatory reporting.
  • Would undertake the gap study in respect of all new reports which are indented by Bank
  • Would arrive at the data needs in sources systems / manual data uploads which are required for MI and Regulatory Reporting
  • Would ensure to track all the requests from the Bank for MI and Regulatory reporting including Adhoc reports
  • Candidate should work in Client's premises situated in Kolkata.

What you bring:

  • Overall 7-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst particularly into MI and Regulatory Reporting.
  • Strong Indian banking systems domain experience.
  • Strong experience into Business System Analysis.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Excel, Word, and Access
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work productively in a fast-paced operations center environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with associates and all levels of management.
  • Ability to work within deadlines and strict timeframes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
