Assistant Product Manager – Tagetik

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Tagetik CCH product manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and supporting the product management team in the development and enhancement of the CCH Tagetik platform. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Financial Planning and Analysis

  • Work closely with regional managers globally to understand and articulate business needs.
  • Collaborate with other members of the project team, including solution architects, developers, and project managers, to ensure that the solution is delivered successfully
  • Participate in the design and development of custom workflows, reports, and integrations within the Tagetik CCH platform
  • Write and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, design documents, and test plans
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and consolidation, as well as Tagetik CCH platform updates and releases
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of internal processes and methodologies for the delivery of Tagetik CCH solutions

Experience & Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, CA, CMA, MBA Finance or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a business analyst / Product manager role with a focus on Tagetik CCH solutions
  • A strong Organizational accounting, finance, treasury, purchasing, Cost and Profit Management background preferably in the automotive/manufacturing sector.
  • Experience in financial planning and consolidation processes
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside of the box
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and to work well under pressure
  • Experience with related technologies, such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Tagetik CCH certification preferred
  • Strong communicator – Verbal, Written and Presentation skills to the business as well as to the technical team
  • Stellar Business Knowledge and Solution Thinking - own what you build.
  • A high bar across the board - from your own contributions to the people you work with to the Solutions you own.
  • Finger-tippiness with data - You just go get the data you need with no fuss and can whip it into valuable insights with no help. You know how to use data to make decisions without getting stuck in analysis paralysis.
