As a global Centre of Excellence, our Digital Marketing Department is aimed to further develop our digital capabilities and create synergies across the business, as well as responsible for driving customer growth encompassing all Digital Marketing actions at the service of our stores. 

Our Digital Marketing Division are now seeking a talented  Senior Affiliate Marketing Executive to join the Global Fashion Affiliate  team.

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing: 

  • Support the Affiliate Marketing Manager in curating the Affiliate marketing strategy for THE OUTNET, overseeing all relationships and programs across an array of retained partners. 
  • Manage the global THE OUTNET affiliate budget, ensuring the channel is not only spending to plan, but also leading on managing affiliates invoicing and payments.
  • Lead the global affiliate marketing program day-to-day activities, securing regular communications with key partners to maximise their promotion and marketing for THE OUTNET 
  • Plan global digital campaigns, taking care of the outreach, market positioning and branding across all partners 
  • Monitor all affiliate feeds & work closely with the tech teams to ensure all tracking is running correctly. Also lead all tech conversations in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that might arise.
  • Lead in working closely with regional teams to localise the global affiliate strategy, to drive region relevance & commercial KPI’s. 
  • Work closely to align all programs with Buying, Creative/Production, Media, PR, and Performance Marketing teams
  • Lead the day-to-day relationship with our Affiliate network (Partnerize)
  • Take an analytical approach, effectively measure performance across partners – establishing goals and targets in driving business success. Keeping a close eye on publishers performance; reviewing, analysing & optimizing as you go, reporting back on achievements and challenges; propose new KPIs, metrics and approaches to strategic partnerships depending on business priorities. 
  • Lead negotiations for commercial agreements with affiliate partners 
  • Propose innovative ideas and initiatives that drive customer growth, sales and scale brand awareness; ensure a cohesive and comprehensive brand strategy and 360 approach 
  • Proactively build on the favourable reputation of THE OUTNET to ensure a strong, transparent and collaborative relationship with all affiliate partners 
  • Monitor and report competitor activity and relevant industry trends, events and opportunities to appropriate teams 
  • Develop designer, category and branded programs with partners to ensure amplification of various business and commercial priorities 
  • Act as a brand guardian and ensure all activations that pass through this channel, adhere to THE OUTNET brand guidelines, tone of voice and brand positioning is upheld across all editorial and marketing content featured on 3rd party websites

The type of person we are looking for: 

  • 3-4 years of Affiliate / Digital Marketing experience (ideally gained in a luxury fashion environment).
  • Must be detail-oriented, methodical, extremely well organized, deadline driven, and able to multi-task with solid organizational and time-management skills, with a good dose of common sense, humour and initiative
  • Can demonstrate the ability to stay positive under pressure and stay focused on goals
  • Tenacious attitude with solid judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Able to build strong collaborative relationships (with key business areas as well as external partners), excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Numerical and analytical, comfortable using Excel and Google Analytics, with an interest in technology
  • Flexible in adapting to fast-changing priorities & enjoys working in a fast paced, high-energy environment.
  • A self-starter mind-set, with the ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance.
  • Ideal candidate will have a good understanding and love of luxury fashion retail, with a driving interest and passion for THE OUTNET ensuring a competitive edge to all affiliate & influencer marketing activity.
  • Demonstrating innovative ideas which support business growth.
