The Senior Partnership Management incubent will be responsible for expanding client reach and driving sales by identifying and securing valuable partnerships with brands, agencies or e-commerce platforms, ultimately reporting to leadership and managing the entire partnership process.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and securing strategic partnerships: Researching and identifying potential partners including Seller, TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) and Multi-Channel Network (MCN), whose offerings or audience complement our company's products or services. The ideal candidate should be able to professionally negotiate and structure these partnerships to ensure they deliver mutual benefits.
  • Building and maintaining relationships: Nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner companies to foster long-term collaboration and ensure successful execution of the partnership.
  • Driving business growth: Focus on partnerships that generate revenue, expand market reach, enhance our product awareness. Also track and analyze the performance of partnerships to ensure they're meeting strategic objectives.
  • Managing complex deals: Handle complex negotiations and contracts, ensuring they align with the company's legal and financial requirements.
  • Project initiation and planning: Working with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and timelines for specific partnership initiatives.
  • Task management and tracking: Utilizing project management tools and methodologies to breakdown project tasks, assign them to team members, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Communication and reporting: Effectively communicating project updates, milestones, and potential roadblocks to both internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field within the e-commerce industry is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills are essential to secure win-win deals with potential partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to build rapport with partners, present proposals, and manage internal stakeholders.
  • The ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and measure the success of partnerships is crucial.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with partners is key.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is beneficial for planning, coordinating, and monitoring partnership-related projects.
  • A deep understanding of the Social-commerce/ Live-commerce is essential.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • The ability to communicate efficiently in Vietnamese and English is required
