Job Description

  • Manage a broad variety of administrative tasks including calendar of appointments, annual budget, completing regular expense reconciliation; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex travel plans, agendas for respective meetings;
  • Plan, coordinate the leader’s schedule, be a key point of contact on that matter, creating win-win solutions for direct access to the leader;
  • Provide a bridge for smooth collaboration among country leadership team as well as Regional / Global colleagues, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support within the senior management team;
  • Work closely with the Leadership Team and their Assistants to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and follow up appropriately. Act as a "barometer” having a sense of issues taking keep the leader updated accordingly
  • Support key tasks such as leadership team member onboarding, annual calendar planning and staff communication;
  • Records meeting minutes, distribute and follow-up on action items within set timelines;
  • Support events and meeting management for leadership team and entire organization (Town Halls, training sessions, team building, leadership team meetings, business dinners, etc.);
  • Manage other administrative tasks of the manager.
