Join Stryker's Supply Chain team as a Logistics Coordinator, or as we call it, Kit Scheduler. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle competing priorities, this is the job for you!

This role can be done remotely (WFH) so we are open to applicants from all over Australia.

What you will do

  • Manage Stryker's inventory of medical devices to ensure we have the right products in the right locations so that surgeries can take place!
  • Liaise with our hospital customers and internal teams to solve supply constraint issues.
  • Develop strong internal relationships across Sales, Operations and all areas of Customer Service.
  • Build trusting customer relationships with various hospital staff, including operating theatre and sterilisation teams.
  • Work with sales managers to determine loan inventory consignment needs.
  • Managing the transfer of equipment between states to cover any local shortages.
  • Driving a positive Customer Experience!

Who we are looking for

  • Positive team players who are passionate about what they do
  • Experience in the medical device/healthcare industry is preferred but not required
  • Experience in logistics/inventory management preferred but not required
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to solve problems and navigate difficult conversations with confidence
