Position Summary

Join a growing, consumer-obsessed marketing team to help deliver a simple, engaging and digital-first member experience for Aetna’s Individual & Family Plan business unit. In this role you will strategize, develop and implement processes, tools and initiatives that support and improve the operations of the member marketing team. Collaborates across multiple functional areas to coordinate operations to support successful project delivery. Leading creative and proactive recommendations, providing options and executing using marketing and operations best practices. 

  • Develop a “subject-matter-expert” understanding of the end-to-end campaign operations and delivery process
  • Proactively explore, make recommendation and lead implementation of new tools, software, vendors or process to optimize efficiency, improve targeting and customization, and/or enable best-in-class marketing delivery
  • Collaborate across functions and business units to identify and implement best practices that improve operations and efficiency
  • Lead project management for the team, including development of a detailed campaign calendars, project tracking, approval tracking and other project management systems
  • Lead efforts to systematically collect and report out results by partnering with analytics team to improve methodology (i.e. Adobe tracking, CID tracking for URL’s)
  • Lead efforts to systematically educate and inform business partners of key initiatives (e.g. sales/service ops)
  • Manage IFP member marketing budget
  • Manage competitive analysis of ACA member communications

Required Qualifications

7+ years experience in marketing operations or related field

Ability to work onsite 3 days a week from one of our hub locations

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in highly regulated industry a plus/ Healthcare marketing experience a plus.

Excellent attention to detail

Proven ability to work in fast paced environment.

Spanish bilingual a plus.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$79,200.00 - $174,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
