Job Description

Our Talent and Change Management Specialist develops talent and change management solutions to drive our organization forward. Balancing content creation, adoption and adaptation of Bosch resources, and continuous improvement, this individual works to develop and implement programs and initiatives for associates at all levels of the organization. As part of a strong HR Business Partner team, this role is responsible for holding the expert role in driving HR projects and initiatives that directly facilitate business goals. He or she comes to the role with a broad skill set in HR, with strong capabilities in project coordination, change management, and continuous improvement. A key focus topic for this role is strategic and process-oriented talent management.

Talent Management (40%)

  • Leads our Talent strategy and market position as an Employer of Choice to attract and retain the best talent, and bring employer branding to life.
  • Develops new processes or process improvements within the talent management processes, using insights from best practices and technology-focused solutions.
  • Uses HR analytics to measure and track talent metrics to support strategic decision making.
  • Drives insights and executes solutions for talent identification, succession planning, and sustainable talent development solutions.
  • Delivers solutions for high engagement in the full career cycle, including attraction, onboarding, retention, growth and development.
  • Partners with leaders to create concrete growth paths within their functions, focusing on competency based models and future-oriented needs of the business.
  • Leads the HR function in coordinating programs to support early talent, including internships, co-ops, university programs, and other internal initiatives.

Change and Culture (30%)

  • Using change management methodology, act as content leader to implement effective change within large scale initiatives.
  • Lead HR team in deployment of objectives and key results in order to achieve strategic targets.
  • Deliver DE&I solutions which enable internal associates to bring their whole selves to work and provide their best contributions.
  • Own the feedback process, including onboarding, exit, and opinion surveys, for associates to voice their opinions, share feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the workplace culture.

HR Project Management (30%)

  • HR Communication

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years relevant experience, such as Organizational Development/Talent Management specialization, Project Management, Culture/Change initiatives in a large international organization.
  • Change Management certification preferred
  • Demonstrated success in driving large scale initiatives using structured project management approach as a team member or leader
  • Success in developing digital/technology based solutions for HR processes and initiatives

Attributes:

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of competence in technology/digital platforms, including MS Office Tools
  • Strategic content development with high quality orientation
  • Experience in a global or multi-location organization is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HR technology solutions and their application in talent management.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality project outcomes.
  • Ability to adapt to change and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
