We continue to experience strong growth and are currently hiring Consulting Managers proficient in Microsoft D365 Finance and Supply Chain.

Consulting Managers are primarily responsible for the successful delivery of client implementation projects. This includes project planning, project management, project governance (Scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks), solution architecture, and direct management of implementation teams (on shore and off shore). From requirements gathering to go-live, consulting manager’s work closely with the implementation team, the client, and internal RSM support teams to ensure successful implementations. In addition, you will assist in the on-going improvement of delivery initiatives, processes, and tool sets to further enable the future success of RSM led D365 F&SC implementations.

Power Factory – Power Platform Manager

RSM’s Power Factory, is a group of highly specialized, multi-disciplined individuals who possesses extensive expertise in Microsoft technologies, specifically Power Platform, industry, technology consulting, and project management. We desire a confident individual who can think strategically and works well in a team environment. This individual should be versed in risk management, while also being task oriented and capable of meeting the tight deadlines that often come with implementation-related work. We are seeking an individual looking for career growth in a fast-paced environment, with accelerated leadership opportunities, and a rewarding work-life balance with this role. Ideally, we are looking for candidates with 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics and the Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the team in developing business and enterprise architecture strategy, providing insights, recommendations, and best practices to align technology solutions with business goals and objectives.
  • Possess a strong understanding of Power Platform along with practical experience.
  • Proficiency in PowerApps, Dataverse, PowerApps Portals, and Power Automate.
  • Hands-on expertise in crafting technical solutions with PowerApps and Power Platform.
  • Lead Power Platform initiatives from inception through all project stages, including discovery, definition, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project phases, adeptly managing issues and risks, and ensuring on-time and on-budget implementation that aligns with clients' needs and specifications.
  • Identify clients' business requirements during discovery meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Development Team to architect and implement customizations, defining specifications and creating tailored solutions.
  • Conduct end-user training and generate knowledge transfer documentation.
  • Develop and continually refine Power Platform standards and tools.
  • Deliver customized technology solution demonstrations.
  • Offer guidance and mentorship to fellow team members, assisting with design and architectural responsibilities.
  • Provide consulting services to clients regarding the design and implementation of Power Platform and associated tools within the MS Business Apps stack.
  • Ability to comprehend business requirements and convert them into technical solutions
  • Experience in effectively implementing and deploying Power Platform/Dynamics 365-based tools
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize existing processes and systems through the effective use of Microsoft Power Platform

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (master’s degree preferred)
  • Proven experience (minimum 8 years) in business and enterprise architecture roles, with a focus on Microsoft technologies, particularly Power Platform.
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven, Portals)
  • Experience in Power Automate
  • Experience in Dataverse
  • Fluent in PowerFx
  • Experience in Power Bi
  • Experience in .Net framework
  • Experience in Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline
  • Experience in SQL Server
  • Experience in Java Script, Angular or React
  • Experience with Microsoft full stack development and/or AI Builder
