The role

An exciting and rewarding opportunity to join the Keyton team as a Corporate Communications Advisor is now available. This new role will be based in our Sydney office, reporting to the General Manager of Corporate Affairs. The successful candidate will be responsible for internal communications and contribute to external and brand communications, to support Keyton’s strategic goals and strengthen staff and customer connection to our business.

Your responsibilities

The Corporate Communications Advisor will:

  • Prepare and deliver an internal communications strategy, in consultation with the General Manager or Corporate Affairs and relevant business stakeholders.
  • Engage regularly with stakeholders to provide communication advice, source and curate news stories and announcements for sharing across the business.
  • Develop creative and compelling content and manage our internal channels to inform and engage staff.
  • Support external communications, media relations and brand campaigns as required.
  • Assist with ongoing updating of Keyton key messages for functions within Keyton, key projects, as well as issues, challenges and opportunities for our business.
  • Prepare monthly content and channel performance reports.
  • Monitor channel activity to manage issues, respond to queries and develop solutions to increase staff engagement.

About you

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Corporate Communications, Marketing, Media, PR.
  • 7-10 years’ experience in Corporate Communications, Media or Marketing.
  • Excellent writing and editorial skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, Viva Engage and LinkedIn.
  • Strong understanding of and demonstrated experience in communications analytics and measurement.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage competing priorities.
  • Penchant for problem-solving and putting people at the heart of everything.
