Information about the position

This is why the successful performance of our Talent Acquisition (TA) team is highly important.

As our new TA Specialist, you will contribute to reaching the team’s main goal: attracting and employing the right talent for Vinted, while ensuring a great candidate experience. You will do this by relying on your strong hiring competences, implementing best hiring practices and partnering with other teams on various projects.

This is a fixed-term position covering maternity leave supporting Vinted Group functions and is expected to last for 1,5 years. The end date is tied to the return of the incumbent team member; however, there may be potential for extension based on business needs.

In this position, you’ll 

  • Partner closely with hiring managers within the Group functions to prioritise hiring needs and build a seamless interview process that helps us hire the right talent
  • Own the full cycle of the hiring process: job advertising, campaigns, proactive sourcing (direct approach via LinkedIn and emails, networking, referrals, events), interviewing, selection and closing
  • Work across positions based in Lithuania, Berlin, Amsterdam (with future global growth)
  • Coach hiring managers on recruitment techniques and interview best practices to attract and engage candidates
  • Provide strategic recruitment expertise by staying on top of recruitment industry trends, best practices in candidate evaluation tools and benchmarking
  • Track and monitor key metrics to develop actionable plans towards a continuous improvement of recruitment results
  • Have the accountability for reporting key metrics, defining the future need and tracking market trends to make sure we are ahead of the curve
  • Participate in various Talent Acquisition related projects 

About you 

  • Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter (preferably in a technology start-up/scale-up environment)
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, Google X-Ray search and other relevant tools
  • Strong experience in candidate engagement and stakeholder management at all levels of the business
  • Expertise and knowledge of different assessment tools and methods 
  • Excellent communication skills in English
