Strategic Account Manager, OOH– General Imaging (GI) Ultrasound Business

Your role:

  • As a focused growth business in Philips this position will drive End to End Enterprise Account ownership ensuring all agreed business commitments and needs of the customer are met in a timely and strategic manner.
  • Responsible for driving and expanding customer C suite relationships to create long term partnerships within the customer’s executive decision-making layer (Clinical, Operational & Financial) for ongoing operational execution. Understand the customer’s operating models, business challenges, critical metrics, issues, goals, and growth strategies, in order to develop Philips strategic initiatives for the account and supporting account strategies.
  • This position will need to create alignment across various internal stakeholders such as the DIC National A/C team, DSL’s, AM’s, Service, Marketing, BU, Finance etc. to form strategies designed to meet customer needs.
  • Solidify the Trusted Advisor Role by providing ultrasound and market insights highlighting industry trends, competitive landscape information, healthcare legislation information that assists the Enterprise DIC Account in reaching its goals and objectives.
  • Leverage the Business and Partnership relationship approach to retain, convert and grow our Installed Base and build toward a full Philips solution and product portfolio standardization.
  • Build a strong funnel of growth potential by working with aligned Account Managers to analyze existing contract status, standardization plans, current contracts, needs, care gaps, install base, and construction strategies to leverage into deal strategies. 

You're the right fit if:

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 5+ years of Field Sales experience including large account strategic selling. Ultrasound and DIC experience preferred.
  • Experience leading account teams and selling to accounts that can produce large sales volumes and/or market share growth. 
  • Experience selling into accounts that are characterized by a complex sales cycle with multiple decision makers
  • Engaging the interest of the customer and draw them into meaningful, in-depth conversations
  • Educating the customer, not only about the sales organization's products and services, but also about industry trends and business issues within the broad OOH spectrum.
  • Enlightening the customer about new possibilities, and act as a catalyst for innovative ideas
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
