System Support Administrator

As an IT help desk/end-user support specialist at Gallup’s location in Bangkok, you will be responsible for ensuring that all Gallup users, including visiting associates, have world-class technical support to do their jobs perfectly.  

You will work to build close relationships with Gallup associates and educate them on Windows user and server environments. You will collaborate with technology partners across the globe (primarily in our Omaha, Nebraska USA location) to support all critical infrastructure within the Bangkok location.

You will be responsible for supporting all on-site technology and equipment, including troubleshooting workstations and workstation software; maintaining network equipment, including file servers, routers and switches; and monitoring all critical business systems and applications for up-time and availability.


  • An associate degree or at least two years of experience in a technical help desk (or similar) role is required.
  • Broad knowledge of networking, computer hardware, and software applications and experience troubleshooting technical issues are required.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a Windows user and server environment and experience supporting all Microsoft Office applications are required.
  • The ability to learn new processes and systems quickly and to multitask while remaining customer oriented are essential to success in this role.
  • Fluent in both English and Thai languages.
