Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst Business Intelligence and Analytics Specialist (Level 4) to join the Raw Material Aggregation Strategy team in Renton, Washington or Charleston, South Carolina.

We are looking for a detail-oriented problem-solver. Be a part of meaningful change, as we examine and evolve our supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of technical knowledge and aptitude of customer service.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators.
  • Develops and maintains standard supplier contractual terms, conditions and special clauses and agreements.
  • Analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators.
  • Communicates strategic initiatives, projects, or procurement activities.
  • Leads cross-functional process management activities.
  • Leads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action.
  • Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high-risk programs.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data warehousing, statistical data mining, and/or data science
  • 5+ years of experience creating dashboards with Tableau and creating metrics that matter
  • 5+ years of experience with server administration and file management structure
  • 3+ years of experience with Systems Applications and Processing (SAP), S/4 HANA
  • 3+ years of experience with SAP Business Intelligence (BI)
  • 3+ years of experience in the documentation, analysis, research, and design of solutions within a medium to large enterprise using SAP-ECC and a release management program

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years proven ability in leading BI projects, including system upgrades and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • 5+ years in a role requiring strong communication skills with experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
  • 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Experience in conducting training sessions and supporting business users in the effective use of BI tools
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

Typical Education/ Experience:

Typically, 10 or more years of related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range – Washington: $100,300 - $135,700

Summary pay range – Charleston, South Carolina: $93,500 - $126,500
