Due to recent growth, GN Hearing ANZ is seeking an Associate Product Manager for this newly created role.

As Associate Product Manager, ANZ the successful candidate will work with the Product & Audiology Manager to support the product management function, championing the GN brands and the execution of ANZ portfolio strategies in the local market.

In this role you will work with all departments to implement the product strategy and roadmap to provide comprehensive product life cycle management across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Work closely with the ANZ Product & Audiology Manager to support in driving the optimal product portfolio for the ANZ market to that will drive the profitable growth of GN in the ANZ market.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders on Key Account portfolio and support requirements.
  • Support the management of product listings across various government bodies (HSP, Enable, iCare, etc)
  • Support the ANZ portfolio lifecycle including phase out processes.
  • Support as a key point of contact internally and externally for product-related enquiries.
  • Work as part of cross functional project teams such as product launches and lead smaller projects/sections of projects.
  • Support the deployment and execution of product strategies, working closely with Marketing, Sales and Operations teams to maximise the sales opportunities with the right product/channel mix.
  • Understand the competitive and product landscape by monitoring competitor strategies and product introductions.
  • Develop and manage relationships and communications with internal and external customers
  • Support tender processes as a project member (tender size dependent)
  • Work closely with ANZ Marketing team to provide product, technical and audiological insight to the development of marketing assets/launch materials.

For this role we are seeking an individual with the following:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in clinical rehabilitation as an Audiologist/Audiometrist
  • Strong hearing technology product knowledge and experience fitting a range of brands
  • Demonstrated project management skills and experience dealing with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, often under time and situational pressures
  • Strong competencies in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent English required
  • Strong decision making and prioritisation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Previous experience in Product/Brand Management within audiology and/or medical device industry in Australia/New Zealand will be well regarded, as would previous product launch experience.

A Bachelor's degree or above in Audiology is essential. Tertiary qualifications and/or experience in Marketing would be advantageous.
