Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - Talent Match!

In this role, you shall be responsible for Design & implement Talent Match wide change management strategy.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Track PMO leads to assess change management impact on different stakeholders
• Create mitigation plans to address risks and change management gaps for each solution implementation
• Work closely with communication business partners & track PMO leads to craft communication messages and plan. Execute change communication.
• Craft innovative strategies for change embedment
• Craft change playbooks and program manage change journeys with the help of change champions
• Drive roadshows for organization-wide initiatives
• Work cross-functionally to help influence change without authority
• Help craft end-user experience across solutions

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

• MBA or graduate degree in a management, technical or engineering field

Preferred qualifications

• Solid problem solving, critical thinking & analytical skills
• Experience in working with senior stakeholders
• Excellent relationship management & influencing skills
• Storytelling & Executive presence
• Program Management
• Ability to get down in the trenches and execute
