Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) enables these businesses (our Selling Partners) to hand over the heavy lifting of warehousing, payment processing, delivery returns and customer service to Amazon, utilizing the capabilities that Amazon has built over the last 25 years. Selling Partners can list and sell their products across all of our European sites from a single account. This frees them to concentrate on what they do best – finding and developing new products and marketing them to potential customers.
Amazon currently seeks creative, dynamic and experienced Process improvement Specialist to join the FBA Operations & Supply Chain team to drive Lost and Damage defect reduction. A successful candidate must be able to work independently, be comfortable with ambiguity, and be able to influence internal/external partners at all levels of the organization. This role will particularly suit someone with strong analytical abilities, relationship building skills and superb project management capabilities.

Responsibilities include:
Minimum gross monthly salary for this positions starts from 2000 Eur. The final total compensation offered is likely to be higher and will consist of further pay components such as sign on bonus and restricted stock units. Company benefits apply subject to further terms, including annual membership in medical clinic, life insurance, retirement pension, meal voucher card, career development.
Key job responsibilities
1. Define inbound process to reduce lost defects at inbound for high value items
2. Deep dive into current inbound process to identify the gaps in the process results in items being lost during inbound or in he carrier neterwork
3. Lead brainstorming workshops with all the teams involed in the inbound process including Carrier management, carrier procurment, inbound ops, loss prevention and WW Defects prevention teams
4. Work with tech teams to scope the long term scalable solution
4. Develop weekly/monthly/quarterly mechanisms to drive visibility on the scoping, pilots and roadmap for the launch
