Why is this role really critical to us?
- To develop and deliver Networks as a Platform (NaaP) E2E architecture according to Vodafone Strategy.
- Lead the E2E API delivery according to demand involving all Network domains as a design authority.
- Drive business requirements and deliver the impact assessment (Privacy assessment, HLD, Plan, cost)
- Drive technical relationship with Network as a Platform vendors through requirements specification, roadmap and solution benchmarking
- Build the 3Y Nw API plan and Network as a platform roadmap according to business needs and strategy.
How will you spend your time at Vodafone?
- To deliver Vodafone Technology Strategy leading the development of Network as a Platform (NaaP) from idea to deployable solution.
- To deliver the E2E API architecture across all Network domains and markets
- Contribute to definition of strategy and to design of E2E NaaP solutions
- To define and deliver 3 Year API plan and NaaP roadmap.
- Build and manage Vodafone NaaP solution. Deliver NaaP API exposure and abstraction layer.
- To develop vendor Strategy to secure right ecosystem is in place for Network as a platform. Support or lead RFQ based technical assessments.
- Participate in Agile projects building the required solutions
- Network as a Platform architecture delivery in Time/Cost/Quality
- API exposure layer

You are just the person we’ve been looking for, if you have:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a mobile networks
- University degree in Engineering
- Technical expertise in Network technologies (such as Radio, Core, Transport, Internet)
- Understanding of design and architecture concepts
- Knowledge of public cloud service offerings (IaaS, PaaS, DBaaS services)
- Basic knowledge of Infrastructure as Software (Container Orchestration, Observability, CI/CD)
- Modern security practices
- Modern API platform design
- Agile Project management
- Excellent analytical skills (listening, questioning, challenging etc.)
- Excellent communication skills – able to understand and interact in both business and technical languages
- Able to provide strong leadership within a multinational, multicultural environment.
