Job Description

Reporting to the Enterprise Procurement Center of Excellence (COE), you will partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Brand, R&D (Research & Development), Internal Customers (i.e.: Proteins, Ingredients, Commodities, Packaging, Indirect, Co-Manufacturing, and T&W Procurement) to deliver enhanced software, tools, and reporting. You'll develop Category Strategies, track productivity projects, enable continuous improvement, and support broader business functions.

You Will:

  • Lead and enhance Procurement's Productivity Program
  • Guide streamlined Supply Chain processes across the organization
  • Achieve and maintain power-user status by working with other super-users within Conagra: Project management tools, procurement tools, reporting and dashboards
  • Promote Conagra Brands cost reduction project ideation, approval, implementation, and reporting
  • Orchestrate Strategy Room meetings to facilitate ideation and collaboration
  • Lead strategic Procurement Center of Excellence projects

You Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in General Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related major
  • 2 + years in Purchasing, Supply Chain or Project Management roles 
  • Project Experience
  • Experience developing or leading category strategies
  • Experience with: Power BI, Excel – Intermediate level, Clarizen or other Project Management software, PowerPoint and other Analysis software
  • Availability for travel approximately 10% of time
  • In the office Tuesday - Thursdays
