Payment Operations Senior Specialist – Vilnius, Lithuania

In this unique global role, you will be part of our Payment Operations team which handles Western Unions’ business products and serves our agencies worldwide.

Role Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the reconciliation processes, as well as investigating more complicated cases. You will be able to represent the function in settlement operations-related projects / initiatives. Utilizing your excellent communication skills, you’ll work cross-functionally with other teams across the organization and help your team to handle issues and escalations, improve processes. 

Role Requirements

  • 1-2 years in Payment, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Settlement Operations, Finance, Banking sectors / areas. 
  • Finance, Economics, Math’s or similar education Bachelor or Higher Education. 
  • English required, written and verbal. 
  • Sound communication, problem solving and training skills. 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly structured, deadline-driven environment. 
  • Sound Excel skills are an advantage. 
  • Customer orientated approach.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 1,475 – 2,617 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
