About the Team
The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our talent acquisition team, together we can build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure, and intuitive for our users.
In this role, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our e-commerce team across the SEA market. You will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and international stakeholders and be an integrated part of our continued growth and expansion. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key technical talents of all levels.
2. Collaborate closely with the Recruiting team (Recruiters, Coordinators, other Sourcers) & hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure business's needs and goals are fulfilled.
3. Develop a holistic business understanding and manage stakeholder relationships including HR, hiring managers, and external partners.
4. Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimise current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency.
5. Conduct complex data analysis and share up-to-date, accurate, and value-adding market intelligence to business leaders to support business growth.
6. Ensuring a great candidate experience and advocate TikTok as a great place to work for all candidates.
