Your future team

As a Talent Recruiter you will be a part of the recruitment team of 4 who successfully recruit professionals for different areas and functions within ROCKWOOL Global Business Service Center.

HR Team in ROCKWOOL Global Business Service Center is responsible for recruitment as well as HR Admin processes for the employees on site in Poznan. The local HR team consists of 13 joyful people, including 4 in the recruitment sub-team. Apart from addressing local needs we perform services for the Rockwool Group in the area of sourcing and global mobility.

What you will be doing

We would like to give you an opportunity to drive recruitment agenda for various positions within ROCKWOOL departments and business areas in our competence centres in ROCKWOOL in Poznan and Warsaw and to own the full end-to-end recruitment cycle for those positions. You will be given a role of point of contact for the hiring managers to collect their recruitment needs, design the adequate sourcing strategy and report of progress and KPIs as well as advise on the most successful means to recruit. Working closely with hiring managers you will become a source of competence with valuable market insights and deep expertise.

Also you will:

  • use your expertise to understand the candidates fit to the positions you will be working on
  • reach specialists from relavant industries, building relationships with them and expanding the network supporting the recognition of the competence centers in ROCKWOOL on the market
  • create a sourcing strategy to attract candidates using social media and your own ideas to reach competent candidates
  • have an opportunity to be close to department you are recruiting for and support the strategy to attract candidates including: recruitment campaigns, job ads, LinkedIn posting campaigns, active presence on industry-related events (job fairs, webinars, etc.)

What you bring

We are looking for a colleague who is open-minded about current market trends and has a strong drive for seeking new unconventional methods and possibilities of sourcing professionals.

Moreover, apply if you have:

  • Min. 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment process,
  • Advance command of English (C1 level is a must)
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to build and maintain partner and effective relations with hiring managers
  • Identified sources and own network of candidates
  • Ability to work with recruitment KPIs.
