KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor current trends and discover new tendencies within the global pharma market in the country aiming on time modelling of Sanofi commercial strategy.
  • Contribute to the Country Trade Strategy in terms of channel and portfolio mix, commercial policy and pricing.
  • Develop and implement UA commercial policy from end-to-end to direct customers.
  • Monitor market changes and provide adequate commercial and pricing policy adjustment in accordance with general strategy of the company.
  • Develop productive relationships with key Distributors in order to increase forecasting accuracy, sales and penetration levels, to understand trends, further plans market expectations, profitability, other.
  • Consistently achieve national sales targets through realization of commercial policy for CHC.
  • Control TM execution by operations: EX-factory and sales-in status, stock level by products, check sales-in vs expected. Manage forecasting accuracy, orders’ size, regularity, consistency with sales-in, new launches, promo needs, control of stock level of each product, recommendation to distributors to be done; control of stock target’s execution by Customers on monthly basis.
  • Manage contracting flow.
  • Follow-up the contracts with distributors and elaborate any modifications needed for specific actions, after approval of legal and management.
  • Ensure compliance of all business communication with Business Ethic Code and legal and regulatory requirements in day-to-day operations.
  • Guarantee correspondence of all interactions with internal and external partners to SAU company rules and ethics standards

KEY EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:

Minimum five years of commercial/sales experience within the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry, potentially in addition exposure to the areas of finance, supply chain and /or business excellence

  • Valid driving license and experience
  • Proven leadership, presentation, persuasion, analytical, project management, planning and organizational skills
  • Flexibility, adaptability, pro-activity and emotional intelligence
