Job Summary

Managing Quality Processes and review of Project Quality Documentation

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Gate Keeper for all quality Processes for the Project.
  • 100 % compliance to Quality assurance from Vendor side (us) as defined by Customer.
  • Ensure Project Team has Project Quality Plan in line with Customer Requirements
  • Define Quality Management KPI and tracking them with Project Manager
  • Define Internal Project Quality Checklist 
  • Managing Quality Processes and review of Project Quality Documentation
  • Conduct Project Internal Audit for compliances with respect to Project Quality Checklist at specified interval.
  • Participate in defining Control and Monitoring of Vendor scope of Project work & conduct Process Audit with Vendors
  • Assisting in failure prevention and NRC closure and other quality issues as they arise
  • Conduct induction training to Project team members related to Project Quality Documentation
  • Managing assigned quality resource on the project 
  • Oversite on quality supplier selection and ongoing surveillance\monitoring activity for the project 
  • Effective planning and management of day-to-day tasks across the team - (pro-active & re-active) - Auditing, Inspections, Lessons learned, managing Continuous improvements activity and CAPA during the project lifecycle 
  • Identification of qualification shortcomings and training of project employees with regard to quality: (a) knowledge of method to be applied (e.g. risk analysis, FMEA, review techniques, cause-effect analysis, 8-D-method, etc.), (b) process awareness (role, content, benefits for subsequent process stages etc.) and specialist knowledge (e.g. IT) by initiating of corresponding measures (e.g. training courses). 

Quality Control & Assurance

  • Implementation of EEEC IMS processes/documentation as & when required throughout the project.
  • Adopts to WA quality requirements and Customer’s regulatory guidelines
  • Practices and promotes First time right approach.
  • Strictly follows GDP (Good Documentation Practices).

Other Duties

  • Perform other additional specific duties, when requested by the business. These will, typically, be strategic in nature but could potentially be anything that the post holder is suitably qualified and experienced to undertake. These duties may be assigned to the person under guidance of a supervisor.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • 5 years plus experience in a senior operational quality position
  • Experience of dealing at all levels across and project 
  • Experience of dealing with third parties\external bodies 
  • Willingness to travel

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Must be a bachelor graduate in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication.
