Plans and executes a comprehensive strategy to solicit donations through phone, letters, events, social media, and other channels. Creates budgets to maintain a high return on investment for annual fundraising activities. Communicates the impact of annual fund and other SMSU Foundation support to Southwest Minnesota State University. Must hire, train, and manage student engagement staff and one Graduate Assistant who make phone calls, send written correspondence to donors and prospects, and support other annual fundraising activities.
