As the Manager, SEO, you'll take the helm of a vital strategic pillar within our digital marketing strategy, concentrating on enhancing our website's organic search performance. You will be accountable to key inbound channel metrics, such as organic traffic, backlink curation, and average keyword ranking. Your collaborative efforts with the paid media lead will be essential in forming a comprehensive and effective digital top-of-funnel marketing strategy.

SEO Strategy and Leadership: Develop and drive strategies to boost organic search rankings, focusing on key metrics like organic traffic growth, referring backlinks, average keyword rankings, and technical SEO health.

  • Content Collaboration and Optimization: Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure produced content is strategically aligned with search volume and business objectives. Optimize content for search engines and user engagement.
  • Site Consolidation and Domain Authority: Lead site consolidation initiatives to strengthen Nasdaq's online presence and improve domain authority.
  • Performance Analytics: Utilize analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and SEMrush to monitor and optimize SEO performance, making data-informed adjustments to strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside content creators, the paid media team, and other internal stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to Nasdaq's digital presence.
  • Organic Social Media Oversight: Supervise organic social media channels, aligning them with broader SEO and digital marketing strategies.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in SEO, with a proven track record in enhancing organic search rankings and meeting specific SEO metrics.
  • Experience with site consolidation projects and domain authority enhancement.
  • Proficiency in SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.

The base pay range for this role is $74,800 - $124,600. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
