YOUR MISSION:

As Getsafe’s People Operations Manager (f/m/d) you will have a substantial impact on the future of Getsafe. You won’t just work on typical People Operation tasks but instead build the core of our People Team. You will enable the organization to serve Getsafe´s business needs and develop an agile workplace to boost our growth.

  • You oversee the entire employee lifecycle incl. onboarding, People admin, workplace & offboarding processes and keep all employee information up-to-date.
  • You lead our Payroll end to end and act as owner of our HRIS Personio.
  • You are the owner of our onboarding process, enabling all new colleagues to serve Getsafe’s mission from day 1 onwards and welcoming them with the highest service level.
  • You are responsible for day-to-day people operations for Germany and the UK, e.g. contract management, tool management (esp. Persionio), payroll, etc. and resolve ongoing requests that may arise.
  • You continuously review, optimize & improve any of such processes and workflows and you actively lead your own People projects (e.g. Benefits, People analytics, implementation of new People tools, etc.). 
  • You work closely with internal stakeholders such as Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, our Finance & Legal team, and external stakeholders such as payroll.
  • You act as office ambassador for our Heidelberg or Berlin office, build our hybrid culture and support company events to boost our collaboration as a winning sports team.

ABOUT YOU:

  • You care about people and would consider yourself a generalist in People processes with special knowledge in payroll, onboarding and optional People analytics. 
  • You gained first experience in working with People Operations ideally in scale-ups and you love to build for scale and have that in mind in everything you do.
  • You are a strong team player with a “can do” attitude – no job is too big or small.
  • You love collaborating with anyone, are open to giving and receiving feedback, and champion Getsafe’s values in your interactions.
  • You are based or open to relocating to Heidelberg or Berlin, spreading positive energy with an eye for improvements to continuously boost our hybrid culture. 
  • You are highly fluent in German and English.
