Qualifications

ABOUT YOU:

Skincare, beauty therapy or makeup artistry experience would be highly advantageous, but not essential. We believe with the right fundamental skills, confidence and commitment to learn, our internal training and development offerings can enhance your existing skills to our desired level.

  • Previous counter management experience or experience working in a retail or customer service environment at a supervisory level - preferably in beauty or fashion
  • A passion for leadership and team development. Business planning experience including developing plans to drive business, setting sales and/or customer service targets, sales analysis and optimising staffing levels
  • Experience in leading, coaching and developing teams
  • Experience in creating and executing in-store events
  • Confidence in makeup and skincare application
  • Using social media such as Instagram and WeChat to drive business would be advantageous
  • You will need to be available to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events
  • Microsoft word
  • Must be available to work across all brands, MAC, BB, JML, LM, EL, CL, TF.
