Job Description
Responsibilities for the position of Digital Director include ;
- Provides supervision of Category Lead and Digital Media Planners overseeing brand marketing campaigns for digital, mainly for an upper funnel approach
- Collaborates with Category Lead and Digital Media Planners on performance management, talent acquisition, mentoring/coaching, process improvement and problem resolution for Account Management
- Monitors performance of the digital Ad Ops team based in Singapore and coordinates with them to ensure performance targets are met
- Promotes refinement of global project cascaded down from a global publicis team dedicated to a global client and manage process where needed and collaborates with Client Lead to ensure processes are underway
- Manage 3rd party tags, an ad verification solutions with stakeholders
- Plans, attends and participates in bi-weekly client meetings with procurement team and a media lead from client side
- Develops integrated marketing best practice of offline and digital subject matter expertise, staying current on industry trends and disseminating that information to direct reports
- Manages local media relationships where necessary as related to the work of assigned team
- Verify that all service requests are within scope of the MSA and SOW and do not exceed any agreed upon thresholds to sustain the best team performance
- Review, remediate and address design and solution gaps, both in transition/transformation, in steady-state
Qualifications
Requirements & Skills ;
- Japanese language at client facing and presentation level
- 7+ years of experiences managing digital marketing sales or media planning, with proven results in digital strategy and paid advertising within the Programmatic ad and Social Media and Content Marketing space.
- 2+ years' experiences in an agency environment or ad operation preferred
- Experienced in compiling, documenting, and communicating client requirements to internal stakeholders
- Proficient in overseeing implementation or managing and executing digital advertising campaigns on SSPs and DSPs such as DV360, Social Media, or a similar platform (CM360 is plus)
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently
- Must be able to understand complex environments and projects, pay attention to details and maintain an organized workflow
Additional Information
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: 6 months contract or FTE (can be discussed depending on the candidates)
INTERVIEW PROCESS: about 1 month from initial phone screening to offer stage
