The Role?

The Quality BMK System Administrator reports to Global Customer Care Manager and will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of the data in Benchmark Gensuite tool, supporting the teams globally on how to better leverage the functionality of the Quality platform. This role is key in driving the quality digitalization culture and data process driven around the H.B. Fuller processes globally.

What will YOU do?

  • Administer BMK system to maintain data integrity and to ensure the data reflects what is in our enterprise resource planning (ERP) and business intelligence (BI) systems.
  • Adjustments and corrections to all system data in case of discrepancies identified.
  • Set up accounts and users, mass data loads, and other system administration tasks (Inactive User Alerts, New permission requests, etc).
  • Assign specific roles to team members per local/ regional and global scope to cope with HBF organizational structure reflected into the BMK system.
  • Manage the processes implement to guarantee users request are followed and ensure data cleaning/ update in accordance with the requirements.
  • Run reports to evaluate data integrity, update/ clean the information in line with the global requirements. Provide feedback, make analysis on the gaps to assess training needs.
  • Support data management, reports setup, dashboards & analytics improvements, as per users/ team request.
  • Run training sessions on how to use BMK system for new employees or to the existing teams to improve the understanding, knowledge, and general use of the system.
  • Help develop Benchmark Gensuite tool training videos for on-line and self-learning initiatives.
  • Collaborate on the monthly basis for the eQMS newsletter. 

Minimum Requirements: 

  • BA or equivalent educational qualifications or relevant work experience.
  • 2 years of experience in data analysis, quality management system tools.
  • Fluency in English both verbally and in written form.
  • Experience with reporting tools including Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to work autonomously with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel and support to Quality events may be required.
  • Previous experience in similar platforms as Benchmark Gensuite tool is an advantage
  • Strong face-to-face and virtual communication skills.
  • Very good team player, flexible, open-minded, organized.
