Join Roche as a Strategy Partner and lead the way in shaping our portfolio strategy and implementing innovative solutions in Swedish healthcare. As a Strategy Partner, you will collaborate closely with disease area teams to translate global strategies into impactful local strategies and activities. You will be part of a dynamic team of two Strategy Partners sharing the accountability of the overall portfolio prioritization to ensure that we focus our solutions on the highest possible impact for our healthcare systems and patients needs. You will report to the Portfolio Strategy and Network lead and be part of a team of ten that enable our launch activities and customer facing excellence.

What You'll Do:

  • Roche AB Portfolio Strategy and Forecast: You are a member of the Roche AB portfolio team that is responsible for resource allocation and prioritization. Together with the other strategy partner, you are responsible for our quarterly town halls where we follow up business goals and are accountable for forecasts and support our annual business plans. 
  • Disease Area Responsibility: As a Strategy Partner to a couple of disease area teams, you will lead and coordinate launch strategies, including cutting-edge omni-channel approaches. You lead the teams through launch activities and ensure that we focus our resources to the highest possible impact. You are also responsible for leveraging the broader Roche network to shape network outcomes to local needs and ensuring that network outcomes are embedded in local activities. Your expertise will be crucial in proposing resourcing, capabilities, and prioritization, making you the final decision maker on Disease Area PVC and prioritization.

Who You Are:

  • You have a minimum 8 years of Medical or Commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in a franchise lead or similar role.
  • You possess a track record of successful launch experiences, ensuring seamless execution and maximizing the potential of new solutions. Previous launch experience is required.
  • You are fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
  • You are Agile and Innovative: You have an agile mindset and a passion for promoting innovation and digital solutions, constantly seeking new ways to drive positive change in a competitive market environment.
  • You are Adaptable and Resilient: In a fast-paced industry, you remain flexible, pragmatic, and resilient, thriving in a dynamic and challenging setting.
  • You are Inspiring Influencer: Your socially competent personality allows you to inspire and influence others, mobilizing teams towards a shared vision.
