The Sales department transforms yesterday’s narrow selling concept of buyer-seller relationships with our customers (retailers) into a multifunctional, collaborative approach designed to achieve our mutual objectives. You will work with P&G experts from Sales, Finance, Logistics, IT, and many others to develop the right business strategies and business plans to deliver sustainable competitive advantage for our products in the marketplace. You will be leading a significant part of our business and will be able to immediately see the results of your work.

You will:

  • Negotiate with top retailers of the region up to the level of Commercial Director
  • Develop, sign, and control execution of joint business plans
  • Achieve sales plans in the assigned projects/with specific customers/categories
  • Coordinate the assortment strategy of the Company with the customer
  • Ensure in-store excellence of the Company's assortment in the key retail chains

Job Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • A higher education degree is required
  • Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)
  • Leadership skills, sense of ownership, willingness to learn
  • Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • You should be willing to travel and relocate throughout your career
