In this role, you will:

  • Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature
  • Receive, log, batch, and distributing work
  • File and photocopy.
  • Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
  • Work under close supervision following established procedures

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 6+ months of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 6+ months Operations experience
  • Undeliverable mail experience
  • 10-key numerical data entry experience
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

Job Expectations:

  • Training: 2-4 weeks (on the job training)
  • Schedule: Monday -Friday, 7am -3:30p or until the work is completed (Schedule will be Flexible based on hours of operations for the business)
  • Ability to be able to work additional hours as needed
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
