What You'll Do:

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Solutions Engineer Team Lead to lead our existing APAC GCOC TS team based in India. The successful candidate has solid experience or deep interest in the Ad Tech industry and a real passion for helping the team to grow.

Reporting to the GCOC TS, Global Manager you will oversee the APAC day-to-day client operations and act as Team Lead to the APAC GCOC team based in India. This role requires a versatile skillset; the position allows the candidate to gain experience helping guide a team of technical solution engineers and work closely with our business partners while keeping a piece of technical tasks as well. A Team Lead of Technical Solutions works in partnership with local and commercial operations management teams as well as the regional Technical Solutions team to deliver quality solutions, quick order-to-cash flow, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have finely tuned communication skills, searching for creative solutions, an excellent business instinct, burgeoning leadership skills, and the ability to work outside their comfort zone to push the business forward.

This role is based in either Gurgaon, India, or Hyderabad, India

The team

  • Raise the bar and further develop the strong team spirit and each unique and special individual of the team.
  • Mentor and develop team, ensuring they focus on the right priorities and get support when needed.
  • Support the business to ensure client/partner technical requirements and timelines are met.
  • Ensure the most efficient task distribution within the team, make sure the team have the tools and training to do their job effectively.
  • Work closely with the Technical Solutions Leads in the APAC region.
  • Support in hiring team members and be responsible for successfully onboarding them.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement effort on Criteo Technical guidelines & processes to deliver improvements
  • Report activities and performances to your manager on a regular basis

The KPIS

  • Be the arbiter of quality work in the team
  • Focus on driving our core KPIs (Reduce ticket resolution times and handle optimization & support ticket volumes)
  • Maintain the team engagement
  • Strength the partnership with other teams in Criteo

Core TS responsibilities

  • Understanding of Criteo products’ integration flows from a technical and sales perspective
  • Work with the internal stakeholders in Criteo to understand client business objectives
  • Plan the integration strategy in order to improve integration times
  • Be responsible and have ownership for the designed end to end solution’s projects.
  • Pipeline reporting
  • Review campaign performance and optimize them via new set up and integration changes
  • Troubleshoot live campaigns to improve campaign performance and customer satisfaction
  • Technical rollout of new products added on the client’s portfolio such as App or Web
  • Work with the Client Focus Teams to understand and execute the operational tasks related to client’s business objectives
  • Execute the implementation of new features and products
  • Troubleshoot standard product issues and propose ways forward

Continuous improvement of processes and tools

  • Participate with the wider global team to improve and develop new tools and processes.
  • Redefine processes to make the Technical Solutions team more efficient
  • Proactive development of tools and solutions that will have an impact on our campaign performance or set up to support the growth of GCOC TS APAC team and facilitate the day-to-day job of your team members
  • Provide guidance to other team members on areas of expertise

Who You Are:

  • Degree in computer science or technology related degree.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken & written.
  • Experience in reviewing and debugging code in the following software languages: HTML, JavaScript
  • Proactivity associated to a "can do" way of working.
  • Team spirit oriented, sharing best practices and open to train other team members.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of interlocutors.
  • Project Management skills ensuring that internal and external teams meet deliverables on time and under budget.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and problem solver by nature with an extreme capacity to think out of the box.
  • Autonomous personality and interested in taking initiatives and lead on projects.
  • Pre-sales/Sales engineer skills to develop from the technical angle new business on existing clients or helping sign new ones in collaboration with Sales teams.
  • Problem-solving and a positive attitude in a fast pace environment.
  • Curious by definition - Passion for solution consultation and business analysis.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once, prioritize and execute a large number of tasks, and resolve issues quickly.
  • Attention to detail to act as a consultant and be reactive in front of any potential situations.
