Description

Reporting to Senior IT Manager- medical and is to work as Veeva CRM business analyst and operate Veeva products such as Veeva CRM, OpenData, Network, Link and Veeva Vault across Reckitt.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work as Veeva CRM business analyst and be partner with BRMs and business stakeholders to operate Veeva CRM
  • Support the development of a blueprint to achieve standardised solutions such as Veeva CRM and Salesforce within Reckitt to simplify the change process going forward. This includes business process maps, data flows and integration points
  • Support BRMs in identifying opportunities to streamline, consolidate or simplify Veeva CRM landscape for medical channel.
  • Act as SME for application and provide input/guidance/support to Project teams
  • Advise and support the BRMs during the business case definition stage to ensure standardisation is maintained
  • Work with delivery partners to ensure that business requirements are delivered within project budget, timeline and under best practice.
  • Train super users for Veeva CRM
  • Drive the development of Veeva CRM KPIs as well as have a full grasp of actional KPIs on Veeva CRM 
  • Maintain a level of knowledge of the application and business process to be able to input to application development and broader integration opportunities

Skills required:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

Essential

  • Bachelor’s Degree with more than seven-year experience in field force CRM, medical content management system or related fields such as Veeva CRM and Salesforce sales cloud 
  • Proven track record of expertise in Veeva CRM or Salesforce
  • The global large-scale project implementation experience in the above process areas is needed on the technical platforms including but not limited to SaaS platforms Veeva CRM, Salesforce and IQVIA
  • Experience of working with and influencing senior stakeholders to balance business needs with IT standards and processes
  • Self-driven with a passion for customer relationship management and omni-channel engagement
  • Exceptional analytical skills and comfortable with a lot of data and drawing insights to make informed decisions.
