You will be joining the BLAFC KYC Centre of Excellence (CoE) team within Deutsche Bank’s AFC Group as the BLAFC KYC Production head in charge of Issue Management, Remediation, Capacity Planning and Technology.

Your key responsibilities

  • Provide advice and support to the BLAFC global KYC CoE head and the regional teams whilst managing KYC production, Remediation and BLAFC KYC technology book of work
  • Key partner for Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM), the Corporate Bank/Investment Bank KYC business partners
  • Accountable for Capacity planning and sharing information across the AFC Management Forums/councils and driving capacity and regulatory performance discussions relating to KYC
  • Responsible for the coordination of issues and findings, exposure to regulatory remediation plan execution, regulatory inquiry management, familiarity with closure language/criteria
  • Partner with Technology business partners to ensure technology solutions are delivered that meet policy expectations.

Your skills and experience

  • Experience in issue management, effectively identifying and assessing risks/issues within KYC production and implementing sustainable mitigating actions
  • Analytical and stakeholder management mindset with curiosity to learn, challenge and enhance KYC processes
  • Good experience working in financial services within financial crime compliance
  • Highly motivated, versatile and the ability to work to deadlines
  • Experience in change management or initiatives
