JR48758 Sr HR Business Partner

As an HR Business Partner at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for partnering with the Regional and Global HRBP(s) and for working with business managers across multiple units within India site to ensure HR results are met. You will represent HR in business decisions and provide input into HR programs, initiatives, and service delivery strategies based on business needs. You will also provide support in the deployment and delivery of HR initiatives and work with the Regional and Global Business HR team on the HR strategic plan creation, alignment, and implementation.

Responsibilities :

Partner with Regional and Global HRBPs and business leaders on people strategy and initiatives while maintaining strategic alignment with interpersonal priorities and HR.

Be the voice of the customer to HR and the face of HR to the customer - ensuring successful program and process development and deployment with HR Services, Ops, and COEs.

Bring the business back to HR - increase visibility to business; align the HR team globally to business priorities and deliver relevant and impactful HR solutions to the business.

Learn, improve, and influence HR standard methodologies across the Business HR team.

Drive discussions related to workforce and organization design changes and provide recommendations

Participate and represent HR in strategic business plan development and advise on the implications of decisions.

Provide Analytical insights and design programs to address People challenges

Develop and implementation of the organization's HR strategies and programs in alignment with global/regional/site objectives. Translate local business requirements into HR goals and actions, in line with the HR agenda and regulatory requirements.

HR Services and CoE to provide HR solutions to meet business needs.

Be the voice of the customer to HR and the face of HR to the customer - ensuring successful program and process development and deployment with HR Services, Ops, and COEs.

Bring the business back to HR - increase visibility to business; align the HR team globally to business priorities and deliver relevant and impactful HR solutions to the business.

Learn, demonstrate and influence HR standard methodologies across Business HR team

Anticipate and address HR related trends and issues impacting the business and provide insights, recommendations, plans, tools, and solutions.

Implementation of HR strategies, programs, and solutions.

Partner with Global HRBP(s) to use data/analytics to drive discussions related to workforce and organization design changes and provide recommendations.

Participate and represent HR in strategic business plan development and advise on the implications of decisions.

Translate local business requirements into HR goals and actions, in line with the HR agenda and regulatory requirements.

Champion change initiatives, interpersonal values, and culture; Improve organizational leadership and efficiency.

Mentor and influence Leaders – help leaders are phenomenal.

Model and instill the Micron culture and interpersonal values within the business.

Identify business needs, help lead organizational change initiatives and communication.

Enable teamwork between leaders and team members.

Education

Master’s degree in HR/Interpersonal development or related business management fields.

Experience

5-10 years as HRBP at MNCs in High Tech Industry.

Past experience with a fast growing organization in their India set up since its early stage is highly desired.
